Massage Therapy
Whether you need help with pain and discomfort in your muscles or just need to relax, recharge, and refresh, I offer Massage Therapy services to my local clientele. My specialties include Swedish, Therapeutic, Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone, Pregnancy, and Chair massage. I'm also now offering Palliative & Hospice Care Massage. The benefits of massage are numerous including improved circulation, soothing sore muscles, easing anxiety and depression, lowering blood pressure, reducing stress hormones, and stimulating the lymphatic system.

Swedish Massage
A full body massage using gentle to firm strokes designed to
improve circulation, soothe your muscles, and feel more relaxed. Swedish is ideal for people who are new to massage, have a lot of tension, are sensitive to touch, or just need to feel recharged.
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage focuses on treating specific musculoskeletal conditions or injuries, such as limited mobility and chronic pain. Various
techniques may be used such as a deeper pressure, myofascial release, trigger point and stretching.
Lymphatic Drainage
This massage uses gentle soft rhythmic movements stimulating
the lymphatic system allowing the lymph to flow through the tissues and nodes and thus filtering out toxins. Encouraged pre and post-surgical procedures.
Pregnancy Massage
Prenatal massage can help you immensely throughout your
pregnancy and can start as early as your second trimester. Using mostly Swedish strokes, and being placed in a side-lying position to ensure the safety and comfort of mother and baby, you can get much relief from aches and pains along with much-needed relaxation.
Chair Massage
Chair massage is great for those not able to lie down on a massage
table or for those who don’t have the time or choose not to undress. Research has found that just 15 minutes in a massage chair can help reduce stress and anxiety, relieve muscle tension & pain, relieve headaches, and lower blood pressure to name a few. This can be done in my office, at your home or workplace. *Additional travel fees
