
Radiant Life is a self-paced 90-day wellness program where I help middle-aged women lose weight without extreme dieting and exercise with a plant diet & lifestyle. Having the information is not enough or we would all be where we wanted to be. Each week you will be introduced to modules that dive into a different aspect of holistic health and wellness. Modules include: Goal Setting, Nutrition, Stress, Hormones, Body Image & Weight Loss, Food & Mood, Sleep, Movement, Self-Care, Relationships, Happiness & Purpose.
You'll also have access to workbooks and resources to help you implement your new, healthy lifestyle and guide your transformation.
I provide you with all the tools and strategies you need to become the healthiest version
of you. In addition, you will have the option to add 1:1 private coaching sessions in packages of 3, 6 or 12 sessions.
