Allison Thorpe will guide you through a yoga session using a touch of Hatha with a smidge of Kundalini and rounding it out with savasana (yoga nap) using the Gong, you will journey to a place of inner peace. She creates a self-healing environment with a blend of new and traditional practices. With emphasis on breath
awareness, meditation, and movement, she provides classes that promote both physical & mental well-being. Beginners to more advanced are welcome! Let’s get moving!
The first class is 2 hours with follow-up classes 1 hour
Price: $20 first class, $15 thereafter
